In the last month, through Self-Therapy, Energy Work* & Isolation, I realized that I have been conditioned to correlate the love I receive from others as a byproduct of the value I can bring into someone's life.
If I offer no value, I receive no love.
On the flip side, whether it was my God, my Mom, my friends or my men... when someone leaves my life, my subconscious files these experiences away as "I, along with my attempts to love, obviously were not good enough to keep them so they took their love away. If I did better maybe they would have stayed. Try harder next time."
In these cases, my unconscious psyche deducts that if I don't receive Love any longer... I must not be valueable enough to deserve it.
That made sense to me. I never even questioned it because I had no idea I was doing it until my Soul was ready to make rhe shift.
After years of doing Subconscious Shadow Work, this has recently made its way to the surface of my conscious awareness.
What do you mean I am worthy of the love Tía Frida writes about in the meme.
You mean, I don't have to do anything special to be loved?
You mean I am already worthy of Unconditional Love?
You mean I can expect love that doesn't require me to act a certain way, do certain things or offer a certain amount of value?
Since childhood, I have been so used to exchanging parts of myself to keep love in my life, that the unraveling of these unhealthy habits is quite the painful job.
But apparently I'm ready, willing and strong enough to work through it at this time.
